Another dating site with racial limitations

January 13th, 2007 . by Matt

This is a follow up to Darin’s post about “All White Dating“. Another dating service is offering specific racial services. This one is called “Blackenize”. Unlike All White Dating, which restricts its membership to white people only, Blackenize restricts its membership to black men and white women only.

Back in January 2003, a clever black man, named Byron Veasey, decided to start a new interracial community for black men and white women. He really had no thought of what to call it. This black man, named after the poet, Lord Byron, then went back and re-read some of his posts on another message interracial community, WF4BM.net. He had been a moderator on that forum but wanted an online community that was friendly and supportive. He had posted a humorous story with the name Blackenize. He decided that the word Blackenize had such a strong meaning, he decided to use it for his new community. Blackenize was born. This interracial community for black men and white women went from being an MSN community to becoming Blackenize.com in March 2003. The idea was to have an online interracial group focused on friendship and being a support group for interracial relationships between black men and white women.

He operates the community, with the co-manager, Dee Waller.

There are plenty of dating sites promoting same group dating or marriage, but I don’t think I have heard of any specifically promoting inter-racial dating between men of one group and women from another. Are there any other dating sites for other groups like this out there?

wait this has nothing to do with hating korea….. jus sayin’

Hey, this blog talks a lot about Korea and a lot of Koreans post comments here, so this is a hate free zone. If you are going to start hating Korea, then go away. I mean it.

no, this site is for people who have had bad experiences either with korean americans, korean society, or life in korea. and want to read negative news and information about korea to counter balance this whole korean wave nonsence amd feel better about themselves.everyone knows matt has a chip on his shoulder. this is basicly one big korean bash circle jerk. but the thing that makes this site relavant, is that most if not all the facts posted are researched and true. though if you want more of an intelectual read, about similar subject matter goto the marmit whole or metropolitician. this site is just junkfood for the mind. which is why I keep comming back.

I could easily start a site about white people, and even though they have done alot of good things. I could just blog about every negative news that hits the press involving whites. and say.. “see? look how fucked up they are”. one could say thats racist. another person can say. well.. that “did” happen… so.. I guess its alright to post it. fact is. people should take blog posts with a grain of salt. if i was korean I dont even think this site would bother me.

    jus sayin’
